Why we built Relentless
Have you ever wrestled with a CMS? Setup a blogging engine only to make a couple posts and not touch it for years?
You’re not alone and its not your fault. CMS’s were never built for speed, they were built for posterity and durability. Unless you’re a media house or a publishing website you were never the intended audience for the average CMS.
Writing is a creative endeavor, CMS editors are not designed to be creative spaces. Which is why you end up writing in Notion (or notes app of choice) and manually copy pasting you’re content into your CMS.
oh wait don’t forget to upload your images manually, oh and make sure you set up the right data models before you do that.

There’s a million CMS’s out there, why would you create another one? Relentless is not a CMS. Relentless is a framework to connect Notion to your website so well that you would never need to touch a CMS.

Duplicate our template and connect it with Relentless - Thats it. Relentless will create tiny API’s that allow you to pull your notion content in to your website.

Okay. I like the API but how do I read it and use it in my app?
Just like any other API you would have to read it via fetch and render it using a react component or a template.
Is that it? It’s an API service?
No it gets better. Because relentless reads you Notion Content and understands the data shape it can wrap your data and use AI to auto generate code in your language of choice.
Once you create a new API, Relentless will generate code snippets for
- Fetching the content.
- React components to render the content.
